Objectified

I came across this video and post that is pretty inspiring. It talks about what makes design good, or even great. I think this is an important article for anyone to read because it breaks down the idea of design as a service and not a commodity like a bag of chips that can be price-matched at Wal-Mart (and yes, I hate that I gave them a reference on my site).
